Allied International Credit Debt Collectors and
the Truth About Your Debt

Allied International
Credit Debt Collectors is a debt collection company
which has purchased a debt account from the original lender (or in some
cases another debt purchaser) for about a tenth or less of the original
value of the debt and is brazenly attempting to recover the full sum
of the original from you.
Allied International
Credit Debt Collectors will use all sorts of nasty
methods to extort money out of you in order to make money from you.
You may already have experienced bad dealings with them. They may phone
you when they know it is inconvenient for you and do this lots of times.
They may write you official-looking sternly drafted letters or cards
threatening to send someone round and collect the money in full or that
they will take you to court. Other strategies may include attempting
a charging order on your home or in some way cause you and your family
great personal suffering.

So ask Allied International Credit Debt Collectors
for a copy of the original contract when you took out your loan or credit
card.
Even better, start
an unenforceable
credit agreement application enquiry. It costs nothing to do this
and you are protected by the consumer credit laws. Click
here for the unenforceable contract application form.
To find out if you
qualify for an IVA or can benefit from a debt management programme,
try the IVA
Test. It's free to apply, and again you are protected by the consumer
laws regarding debt management at all stages. Click
here to go to the application form.

More
Data On Allied International Credit Debt Collectors
My
thanks to the excellent Consumer Action Group forums for these extracts:
I received
a yellow card from Allied International Credit Debt Collectors in
a brown envelope asking me to call Mr X urgently, I did so and they
told me they wanted full payment of a debt I had with Lloyds TSB (£5K)
immediately, I told them I couldn't pay it in one but would be happy
to pay in installments, they told me they wouldn't accept this and
that I had two days to pay. They suggested me borrowing from friends
and family which I told them I couldn't do.
Note: There is
a pattern here: whatever offer is made, Allied International Credit
will find it 'unnacceptable' and then threaten you unless you go one
better. They will do this with the same regularity as if it was a
reflex action in a Venus Flytrap. AIC aren't the only ones who do
this, of course, but they are one of the worst offenders.
If
you have any information that you would like honest people to know
about Allied International Credit Debt Collectors then send us an
email in complete confidence and we will try to corroborate it with
the clowns involved.
