Allied International Credit Debt Collection Agents and
the Truth About Your Debt

Allied International
Credit Debt Collection Agents is a debt purchasing
agency that has purchased the debtor account from the original creditor,
often a bank for a small percentage of the original debt's value and
is shamelessly trying to get the full value of the original loan from
you.
Allied International
Credit Debt Collection Agents will use all sorts
of nasty methods to get you to set up a standing order or direct debit
in order to profit from your ignorance of the law. You may already have
had bad dealings with them on the phone or by letter. They may call
you when they know it is inconvenient or even embarrassing for you and
do this lots of times. They may send you official-appearing sternly
worded letters threatening to send someone round and collect the full
amount or take you to court for the full amount. Other strategies may
involve saying that they will make a charging order on your property
or in some way bring about your homelessness or destitution.

So ask Allied International Credit Debt Collection Agents
for a copy of the original contract when you took out your loan or credit
card.
Even better, start
an unenforceable
credit agreement application enquiry. It costs nothing to do this
and you are protected by the consumer credit laws. Click
here for the unenforceable contract application form.
To find out if you
qualify for an IVA or can benefit from a debt management programme,
try the IVA
Test. It's free to apply, and again you are protected by the consumer
laws regarding debt management at all stages. Click
here to go to the application form.

Data On Allied International Credit Debt Collection Agents
My
thanks to the excellent Consumer Action Group forums for these extracts
about AIC.
Hi to all
on the forum
Two DCAs asking for the same debt and with different amounts owing???
I think they must compete against each other to collect the debt &
make up their own rules along the way.
I have Allied
International Credit Debt Collection Agents chasing me for
a £900 debt to NatWest that I tried to pay off - I told them
I would only pay off what I owed and none of their silly wee charges
- the guy threatened to come to my house so I told him hey I am on
Argylle Street the now with some pals - why don't I come and see you
and save you the trip??
Bring it on AIC - lets see what you are made of!!
Note: Of course,
threatening to come round without an appointment is illegal, even
more so when the use of violence is suggested. And I trust you do
not intend to set up an appointment!
