Allied International Credit Debt Collection Agency and
the Truth About Your Debt

Allied International
Credit Debt Collection Agency is a debt purchasing
agent which has purchased your debt account from the original creditor,
often a bank for a tiny percentage of the original value of the debt
and is attempting to recover the full sum of the original debt from
you.
Allied International
Credit Debt Collection Agency will use all sorts
of nasty methods to get you to set up a standing order in order to profit
from you. You may already have had bad dealings with them. They may
phone you at strange times when they know it is inconvenient for you
and do so several times every day. They may send you official-looking
sternly worded letters or cards threatening to send someone round and
collect the full amount or take you to court if you cannot pay. Their
other strategies may include saying that they will make a charging order
on your property or make you lose your home.

So ask Allied International Credit Debt Collection Agency
for a copy of the original contract when you took out your loan or credit
card.
Even better, start
an unenforceable
credit agreement application enquiry. It costs nothing to do this
and you are protected by the consumer credit laws. Click

To find out if you
qualify for an IVA or can benefit from a debt management programme,

laws regarding debt management at all stages. Click

Data On Allied International Credit Debt Collection Agency
My
thanks to the excellent Consumer Action Group forums for these extracts:
Two days ago
I received a letter from [Allied International Credit Debt Collection
Agency] saying my debt with Amex had been referred to them and I was
to pay the full amount plus £397.50 referral fee. Today
I have received two phone calls in the space of 1 hour at my work
number on my day off and an email via my work website. On returning
their call they informed me that they knew I had space on another
credit card to pay them. When I explained that I was no longer able
to use that other credit card they turned nasty saying they were instructing
solicitors and my debt is increasing by another £1200. They
also said they were putting a charge on my house so that I cannot
sell or remortgage without paying them off.
That sounds like
Allied International Credit Debt Collection Agency all right!
